A body has been discovered in the cellar… and it’s up to you to uncover the truth.

In this unique, immersive five-hour workshop, presented by forensic anthropologists Professor Anna Williams and Dr Caley Mein, of the University of Lancashire,  aspiring sleuths will be invited to step into the role of detective, scientist and crime scene investigator as a case unfolds in real time.

Over the course of the workshop, attendees will learn how to distinguish between animal and human remains, look at real human skeletal remains and work out the age, sex and stature of skeletal remains, and use dental and DNA evidence to make to unravel the identity of the unfortunate soul in the cellar.,

Expect red herrings, unexpected twists, and plenty of forensic intrigue.

Will you crack the case before the day is done?

Tickets include a Victorian punch and a 20% donation to a host of restoration projects at Kensal Green Cemetery.

As a London Month of the Dead regular, I was chuffed to have an event around Christmas. The performance was fantastic and the atmosphere was perfect!

We were a little disappointed that we were unable to hear Casting the Runes. The other stories were fun though, especially the Judge’s House. How could it go wrong with Bram Stocker in charge!
